Volunteers from School of Mechanical Engineering, SJTU started working at the Expo site this October. A handover ceremony was held in the afternoon of Oct 3, on which Expo Volunteer Flag was received from volunteer representatives from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST).

Expo volunteers have long been received heaps of praises from both visitors and exhibitors for their enthusiasm and great contributions to the endeavor in maintaining the Expo security.Students from ME-SJTU began to serve as expo volunteers in District D and E from Oct.4, hoping to carry forward further volunteer spirits in their daily volunteer work. 

On the handover ceremony, new volunteers listened to experiences and suggestions from previous volunteers and later took oaths through shouting together "We are ready!", pledging their confidence and determination in successfully complishing volunteer work.
