Summer Training Class on Diesel Engine, organized jointly by School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University (ME-SJTU) and Hefei Rong'an Power Machinery Co., Ltd., came to an end.

The graduation ceremony was held in the mechanical building on Sep 5, attended by Mr. TAO Yanmin, Secretary of the Party Committee of ME-SJTU, Mr. LIU Yingzheng, Vice Dean of ME-SJTU, Mr. LIN li, CEO of Rong'an Power, CHEN Fengshi, Chief Technical Advisor, XU Zaijie, Assistant Chief Engineer，Mr. XU Xiaoming, HR Manager of Rong'an Power as well as 50 students from Rong'an Power.

ME-SJTU set up training courses according to students' various majors and education levels. In addition to giving basic knowledge on diesel engine, the course also provided practical experience. Since July 4, all the students have been learning with great passion. Through taking courses, the students' foundamental knowledge has been enhanced, pratical ability has been strengthened and team spirits have been strongly fostered. Furthermore, they learnt how to contribute themselves and make continuous improvements in their own working post.
