Brief introduction to Dr. Ren-Jye Yang
Dr. Ren-Jye Yang is a Senior Technical Leader in the Passive Safety Department at Research & Innovation Center, responsible for the development of Safety Optimization and Robustness and CAE Model Validation Methods. His research areas of interest include: Design Optimization, CAE, Model Verification and Validation, Reliability-Based Design Optimization, HPC, Probabilistic and Statistic Methods, etc. Dr. Yang has received numerous awards, including three Henry Ford Technology Awards, which is the highest technical award at Ford. Dr. He is a Senior Advisor and associate editor of the Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization Journal and serves on the editorial board of the International Journal of Reliability and Safety, and International Journal of Vehicle Structures & Systems.  

Brief introduction to Dr. Xuming Su
Dr. Xuming Su is Technical Leader in Material Science Department, Research & Innovation Center, Ford Motor Company, responsible for the development of material modeling and stress analysis, fracture and fatigue, residual stress analysis, risk decision and failure analysis, manufacturing process simulation. He has received numerous awards, including Henry Ford Technical Achievement Award, 2004, which is the highest technical award at Ford; Technical Achievement Award, 2006, Ford Research and Advanced Engineering; Powertrain Chief Engineer Award, 2005, PTO (ATEO, NAD, PTRA, VEE).
 
Brief introduction to Dr Weijian Han
Dr. Weijian Han is the Director of Technical Affairs and Asian Pacific Research at Research & Innovation Center, responsible for Key interface between Ford and Chinese central and local governments on policies, strategies, regulations and standards. He is Guest Professor and Graduate Advisor in Technical Economics, Business School, Chongqing University. He is Graduate Advisor in Energy and Pollution Control, Tsinghua University. He has twelve years experience in automotive emission control technologies, strategy and policy development, and mobility studies; twelve years experience in on economic, energy and environment life cycle assessment of alternative fuels and renewable fuels.
